Game One
USC Union Lady Bantams ran off with the lead late in the game in an 8-4 victory over University of South Carolina- Sumter Fire Ants on Sunday, April 10. The game was tied at one with Lady Bantams batting in the top of the fifth when Gabby Kirkman singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run. Lady Bantams opened up scoring in the first inning, when an error scored one run for the Lady Bantams.
University of South Carolina- Sumter Fire Ants Varsity evened things up at one in the bottom of the first inning. Deneathia Dixon singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Lady Bantams put up four runs in the seventh inning, and their offense in the inning was led by Amaura Burgess, Asia Allen, Cameron Jackson, and Kirkman, all driving in runs in the frame.

Lady Bantams nabbed the lead late in the game in a 5-3 victory over University of South Carolina- Sumter Fire Ants Varsity on Sunday. The game was tied at three with Lady Bantams batting in the top of the seventh when Ansley Connelly singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.
Lady Bantams got things moving in the first inning. An error scored one run for Lady Bantams.
Stephanie Zeigler led things off in the pitcher's circle for Lady Bantams. Zeigler went three innings, allowing one run on four hits, striking out two and walking zero.
Jada Cox started the game for University of South Carolina- Sumter Fire Ants Varsity. The pitcher went seven innings, allowing five runs on seven hits and striking out two.
