Bio

Coach Mills began coaching varsity girls' soccer at Lexington High School in 1994. He was named Region Coach of the Year three times at Lexington and won the Region title three times as well. He was named the inaugural Girl’s North/South All-Star Classic Coach in 1997.

After spending some time as a public school Principal, he returned to coaching in 2012. He became the Coach at Richland Northeast and spent 12 seasons as the Girl’s Soccer Coach at RNE.  He has been named Region Coach of the Year twice while at RNE for a total of Five Region Coach of the Year awards. He was twice named North/South All-Star Classic Coach for a total of three all-star games which he won all of them. He has coached South Carolina Olympic Development Soccer and coached club soccer at Lexington Soccer Academy. He holds his USSF "D" license and the United Soccer Coaches National Diploma.

Coach Mills has been a special education teacher, a PE teacher, and an Elementary Principal. He is married to Kristina Mills and they have two grown sons, Evan and Adam.
