USC Union Men's Soccer defeated Denmark Technical College 3-1 on September 8th at home. Three international students scored one goal each: Nico Steinweg - Dortmund, Germany, Tim Gronenenberg - Koblenz, Germany, and Danial Farahnaji - Berlin, Germany. The Bantams had a total of 18 shots, while Denmark only had 9. Union native and goalie, Jacob Haney, saved six shots on goal.
The Bantams also defeated Coker University Developmental on September 11th away. Goalie and Union native, Jacob Haney, saved six shots on goal. Nico Steinweg from Dortmund, Germany scored two goals, and Evan Vonner from France added another goal for the Bantams for the win.
